Using the marketplace

The marketplace is where organizations buy and sell skills and agents. If you've built something useful, you can list it for others; if you need a capability someone else already built, you can install it in one click.

Browsing and installing

Open the Marketplace from the left rail to browse, search, and filter listings. Each listing has a detail page with a description, pricing, and what you get.

When you buy:

• A skill is installed into your organization as a new skill you can grant to your agents.
• An agent is installed as a ready-to-use template — its setup, tools, and instructions — that you can start talking to right away.

You always receive the exact version you purchased. The seller's own data and conversations are never part of what you buy.

Selling

Anyone on a plan that includes selling can list skills and agents.

1. Open Settings → Marketplace → Seller.
2. Connect a payout account so we can pay you. We use Stripe to process payments and transfer your earnings. Until your payout account is connected, your listings stay in draft.
3. Create a listing from one of your existing skills or agents, set a price, and publish.

Platform fee

Kwirker takes a percentage of each sale; the rest is transferred to your connected account. The exact fee depends on your plan and is shown before you publish.

Safety

• Every bundle is scanned for malware when it's published, before anyone can install it.
• Purchased skills and agents run under the same guardrails as anything you build yourself — they can't reach data or take actions you haven't allowed.

Refunds

Refunds are handled through Stripe and are automatic within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, contact us at support@kwirker.com and we'll sort it out.
