The wiki¶
Kwirker includes a hosted team wiki — a shared knowledge base with live co-editing, full page history, and search, so your team can write and maintain documentation together.
Opening the wiki¶
Pick Wiki under Workspace in the left sidebar. It opens the wiki in a new tab, signed in with your existing Kwirker session — the same single sign-on as the rest of the platform, so there's no separate password to manage.
Because it opens in its own tab, you can keep the wiki open next to the app while you work with your agents. If you don't see the Wiki item, the wiki isn't switched on for your Kwirker environment — ask your administrator.
If you belong to more than one organization, the wiki's topbar shows a workspace picker so you can switch which organization's wiki you're reading and editing. It only appears when you actually have more than one organization to choose from — a single-organization account won't see it.
Teams¶
Every member of your organization can read and edit your organization's wiki — it isn't restricted to admins. Pages, history, and search results are shared across your team and only your team.
Working with pages¶
- Live co-editing — multiple people can edit the same page at once and see each other's changes as they type, like a shared document.
- History — every page keeps a changelog, so you can see what changed and revert if needed.
- Search — full-text and semantic search across every page in your wiki, so answers surface even if you don't remember the exact page title.
- Talk pages, tags, and templates — organize and discuss pages the way you would on any team wiki.
Agents can't read or edit wiki pages yet — for now, the wiki is a space for your team to write in directly.
Exporting and importing a wiki¶
Open the ⚙ Manage wikis icon in the wiki's top bar to reach the Wikis page, where you can:
- Export as Markdown — download every page as plain Markdown files, for a backup or to read outside Kwirker.
- Export a snapshot bundle — download a complete copy of a wiki, including its pages, structure, and images, so it can be moved elsewhere.
- Import a wiki — admins can upload a snapshot bundle to bring pages into a wiki. A bundle only ever lands in the wiki you choose to import it into, and an incompatible or corrupted bundle is rejected in full rather than partially applied.
Use this to back up a wiki, move one between organizations, or bring in content exported from a compatible wiki tool outside Kwirker.
What the wiki is for¶
- Team knowledge that outlives any one conversation
- Runbooks, onboarding notes, and reference material
- Documentation your team writes and maintains together
